1. It's 1 bunch of sweet potatoes.
2. Prepare 1 cup of nutmeg.
3. You need 1 large of bag of sugar.
4. Prepare 5 of big cups of cold water (may need extra cup).

Easy Candy yams instructions

1. Cut yams into circles and then into halves then peel.
2. Rinse off yams and place in deep baking pan.
3. Pour whole bag of sugar over yams (all yams should be covered in sugar).
4. Pour nutmeg over sugar.
5. Take cups of water and pour in one corner of the pan until yams are covered (do not pour to wash sugar and nutmeg off).
6. Cover with foil put in oven to bake for about an hour or till tender stir yams half way thru cooking.
7. Once done allow to cool and enjoy.
