  1. Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a medium sauce pan and bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat to low. Maintain at soft ball stage (234-240°F) and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Don't exceed 240°F.
  2. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Don't over work or it gets grainy..
