Ingredients of Vanilla fudge

  1. Prepare 100 grams of unsalted butter.
  2. Prepare 300 ml of Milk.
  3. It's 350 grams of Castor sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Vanilla fudge step by step

  1. Line 18cm baking tray or grease with oil. Melt butter, sugar and milk in saucepan ( stirring all the time ) and bring to boil once melted ( keep stirring ).
  2. Continue to stir until it turns light brown, after 10-15 min or just when it starts to brown ( reaches softball stage ) then set aside to cool for 5 min.
  3. When cooled, stir in vanilla extract until lovely golden brown.
  4. Pour into baking tray then cool at room temperature ( dont put into fridge ) ..
  5. Cut into squares when set..
