  1. You need 1 1/2 of Avocado.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of Coconut oil.
  3. It's 340 grams of Dark chocolate.

Healthy fudge instructions

  1. Finely mash or puree the avocado (I mash because I like little bits of avocado).
  2. Add all ingredients to double boiler.
  3. Mix occasionally until chocolate and coconut oil and melted and ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Pour in to 20x20cm baking dish, lined with cling wrap. Set in fridge overnight.
