  1. Cut butter into chunks & mix w sugar & cinnamon until fluffy.
  2. Best egg & vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients until dough forms a ball in the mixer.
  4. Roll dough onto floured surface & cut out.
  5. Sprinkle both sides of cutouts with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Preheat oven to 350.
  7. Freeze on baking sheets for at least 20 minutes (this keeps them from spreading).
