  1. It's 1 of whole cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces.
  2. You need 1 cup of heavy cream.
  3. It's 5 ounce of box of borsin garlic and herb cream cheese.
  4. It's 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  5. You need 1 cup of shredded emmental cheese.
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of fresh grated romano cheese.
  7. It's 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard.
  8. It's 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
  9. You need 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, such as franks red hot.
  10. It's 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and salt to taste.

  2. Pre cook cauliflower in either chicken broth or salted water for 3 minutes, drain well.
  3. Heat cream in a saucepan, add borsin cheese, dijon, lemon, hot sauce and pepper stir until mixture is smooth.
  4. Combine cheddar, romano and emmantal cheese in a bowl.
  5. Add half of cheese blend to sauce, off heat, and stir in with chives and parsley.
  6. Combine sauce with cauliflower and add to prepared pan.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Add crispy cooked bacon.
  9. Bake until hot and cheese is melted about 15 to 20 minutes.
