  2. You need 1/4 Cup of Jaggery.
  3. You need 3 tbsp of White Sesame Seeds.
  4. It's of For Stuffing:.
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of Clarified Butter/Ghee.
  6. Prepare of Ghee for Greasing also.
  7. Prepare 5 of chopped almonds.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of Choco Chips.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Sugar.

Chikki IceCream step by step

  1. Heat a heavy bottom non stick flat bottom pan add sesame seeds into it and dry roast them.
  2. Take them out in a plate.
  3. Add Jaggery into the same pan and let it melt on low flame.
  4. When it becomes fluffy and light.
  5. Add Roasted sesame seeds into it. mix them properly and switch off the gas.
  6. Grease the kitchen platform and rolling pin with ghee.
  7. Take this mixture out quickly on kitchen platform in two portions.
  8. Roll them out thinly.
  9. Make a cone out of it, do it very quickly.
  10. Put this cone in a glass so that it will be in the cone shape.
  11. Heat a tadka pan.
  12. Add Clarified Butter and chopped almonds into it.
  13. Roast them for a while.
  14. Add Sugar and mix.
  15. Add choco chips and switch off the gas and let it cool down.
  16. Stuffing is ready. Pour it into the cone.
  17. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
  18. Chikki is ready to relish.
